The past year has been incredibly fulfilling, and I’m eager to continue this growth trend in 2025 and beyond
Prior to joining Cartwright, I headed Deloitte’s Pension Investment Team in Manchester, having grown it from a standing start since 2012. I passionately believe that our talent should be drawn from around the country, and at Cartwright, I plan on building up our team and our connections up here in the north.
My main experience is in advising pension schemes and other institutional clients around their investments, with a particular focus on managing risks while implementing novel investment solutions. In recent years, helping pension scheme clients with endgame planning generally and moving several to buyout, in particular, has been a key focus.
I was particularly drawn to the open way of thinking at Cartwright; I have found the team to be very willing to consider ‘outside the box’ solutions to client challenges. Our nimble size allows us to outpace many competitors—this agility is another core strength that attracted me to Cartwright.
Since I joined last year, my focus has been on getting to know our team, taking on several new clients, as well as expanding our network in the north. The past year has been incredibly fulfilling, and I’m eager to continue this growth trend in 2025 and beyond.
